What to do when, despite the removal of blockages in the flow of vital energy in your body, you get sick?
First, tune in to the pain instead of ending it immediately. Any form of pain and suffering, including disease, can make you change your life for the better. Meanwhile, traditional medicine tells us to immediately eliminate and relieve pain and distract us from it.
In this article you will learn 5 steps to self-healing: awareness of your beliefs, awareness of your body, feeling your own energy, asking for guidance, listening to your intuition.
Pain leads us to healing. Healing is about opening your heart and feeling compassion. Pain lets you discover your inner healing code. It awakens self-compassion, which causes an outpouring of self-love.
And love is a powerful force that will allow you to reach your deeply hidden true self and hear the voice of your intuition. It will allow you to find that subtle voice inside. Hearing this voice can push you towards changing your diet, taking up physical activity, giving up harmful habits, and fighting stress effectively.
Being able to listen to your body’s needs leads to recognizing warning signs and taking actions to protect you from suffering and disease.
Intuition is a form of inner wisdom that is not influenced by your rational mind. It is an inner voice that all of us can hear. This voice always tells you the truth and is always for your good. You may perceive it as an instinct, a gut feeling, a physical sensation, an image, a dream, a thought, an impression, or a strange coincidence. Intuition can show you the way to healing. Therefore, both in health and in sickness, we should strive to awaken self-compassion.
Your body has a natural ability to regenerate itself and defend itself against diseases and injuries. Self-regeneration processes take place in your body all the time. How you use them depends only on you and your intuition.
Five steps to self-healing:
1. Awareness of your own beliefs.
Beliefs are our thoughts about ourselves and the world we believe in. For example, if you think that your illness is incurable, it will be difficult for you to recover from it. Beliefs are never objective truth but your interpretation of you and the world you live in. This is your personal, often highly distorted, and limited vision of reality.
Beliefs are our filters, beliefs, principles and values, experience, programs, upbringing, and identity. Most of them were formed in your childhood. Back then, when your brain was working on theta waves, it absorbed all the information like a sponge and believed everything that the adults around it told it.
At that time, you did not have enough knowledge and experience to question anything. In addition, you were dependent on these adults and you were afraid to oppose them, for fear of abandonment.
Beliefs are so ingrained in you that you take them for granted. You often think that others also have the same beliefs as you. Meanwhile, they are neither fact nor objective truth, but your interpretation of reality that gives you a sense of security. They give you confirmation that you understand the world in which you live.
Your beliefs guide the healing process.
Positive conducive to development, while negative inhibit this development. Beliefs trigger specific biochemical reactions in your body. That is why it is very important to know your beliefs regarding health, e.g. “disease is a punishment for sins”, “I have no hope”, “no one can help me”, “I have to suffer”, “I have to be ill to be loved” and death, for example. “only old people die”, “death is contagious”, “death is the end”.
In addition to your own beliefs, the beliefs of your environment and of the person in whose hands you put yourself – the doctor or therapist – are also very important in the healing process. Your healing process depends on whether they believe they can help you. The beliefs of your parents or ancestors also affect your beliefs. Certain diseases do pass through genes, but as you know, your thoughts can affect your DNA programs. So, you can break the intuitive bond that connects you with this process. If the people around you or the doctor believe that you suffer from a terminal or incurable disease, they will not be able to cheer you up and strengthen your positive attitude.
Your body responds to the beliefs of your conscious and subconscious mind.
Such thoughts as, for example, “this work is killing me”, “life has no meaning”, “I’m falling off my feet” can carry very important signals for your body and its every cell. And they can act as a self-fulfilling prophecy. Negative thinking feeds on your fear and distorts your perception of reality.
So carefully consider your beliefs. Imagine health, not disease. Strengthen your optimism. Your ability to influence them depends on your beliefs about your health. Pay attention to what you fear. Fear is negative magnesium that attracts whatever you fear. So, try to free yourself from it at all costs. Learn to treat your beliefs as intuitive signposts.
Perhaps you will also need some specific method that will help you change the negative beliefs deeply rooted in your subconscious into positive ones that support you and your healing process. Consider this.
Use positive affirmations that will help you recover. Convince yourself that you will be healthy.

2. Immersion in your own body.
In the healing process, it is very important to feel safe in your own body. However, in order to feel this way, you must first get used to your body so that it would not be something strange to you. Neither it nor any substance or discharge from it can disgust you. You have to get rid of your aversion to it. You cannot be afraid of its reaction. Your body deserves to be worshiped because it is a temple to your spirit.
Most people are unfamiliar with their own anatomy, so buy an anatomical atlas and familiarize yourself with it. It is also very important to open up to the sensuality of your body and get to know it. Be amazed by your own physicality.
Any physical exercises that will help you regain awareness of your body, massages or movement, and visualization meditations are very helpful here. Especially meditation that involves scanning all parts of your body with your awareness and mindfulness. Of course, it is also very important to take care of your emotions and prevent blockages in the flow of life energy. It is also very helpful to get used to the dead body, which is why it is often used during funerals to say goodbye to the deceased lying in a coffin.
To immerse yourself in your body, exercise the willpower necessary to break down the mechanisms that have so far allowed you to ignore discomfort in it.
Catch up on early warning signs. This will keep you healthy. However, reading the warning signals sent by the body, both subtle and obvious, requires being sensitive to the nuances of your own physicality, as well as sensing small changes before they spread.
Good contact with your body also means making sure that the doctor or therapist you are seeking help treats your body with respect. Are the chosen therapy or medicine good for your health or just for scientific experiments? Whether the medications you use do not interact with other medications you are taking or learn about the side effects of using them. Getting to know various methods of therapy, both conventional and unconventional. The use of appropriate supplements to facilitate recovery, full of nutritional value, a healthy, balanced diet.
Immersion in the body is a deep level of self-care and awakens it.
3. Feeling the subtle energy of your own body.
The next step in the healing process is to try to feel the subtle energy of your body through your own intuition. It is important to be able to direct it to a specific part of your body and heal yourself. To begin sensing energy, first understand the phenomena of aura, subtle bodies, chakra system, and meridians.
And then open your heart, train empathy. Man is energy. If you get sick, you can learn to balance the energy of your own body in such a way that the process of regeneration and rebuilding takes place faster.
Pay attention to the energies of the people around you, especially your doctor or therapist. Healing begins with you but is not strictly personal. You are connected by an empathetic bond with the entire ecosystem. You influence the environment, and it affects you. All life is characterized by the flow of energy.
4. Asking for directions.
Before making an informed treatment decision, ask the Creator for guidance. Also send him your request for healing and trust him. By consciously sending intentions and meditating. Your intentions must come straight from the heart. Ask whether a given form of therapy is for you, whether you can trust the doctor or therapist, whether the diagnosis is correct, whether the drug is right for you, etc. And then be careful not to overlook his answer.
5. Listen to your intuition.
Once you have asked for directions, read the subtle cues of your intuition. Listen to your own dreams. Receive your body signals, listen to your inner voice and heart in order to achieve fuller physical and emotional unity.
Intuition takes many forms, Images, dreams, sounds, premonitions, inner voice, colorful creative thoughts. If something happens to you that needs attention, it is a good idea to write it down in a journal.
Thanks to your intuition, you can prevent the disease. If you learn to perceive the warning signs, you will be able to act faster and bring your own defenses back into balance before the first physical ailments appear.
Intuitive healing is an integrated process. Intellect and intuition are allies and work well together. However, the most brilliant intellect is limited, while intuition is multidimensional. It can penetrate the surface and suggests solutions to health and happiness that the mind alone would not be able to comprehend.
You can use the steps above for any health or emotional issue.
Intuitive healing enables the detection and elimination of beliefs of a limited nature. Never compare yourself to anyone in the healing process. Each of us has a time and method of recovery. Give up your own expectations and don’t treat your illness as a failure. If you have the impression that a doctor or therapist or therapy is not good for you, don’t hesitate to question them.
Show more compassion for yourself.
The disease can often be detected and treated before it has physical symptoms. Everyday awareness may not notice it at all, but intuition will pick up on these signals right away.
Remember that sometimes you have to get sick to heal the power. Lessons learned from the disease cannot be taken lightly. It can be a stimulus for you to learn to feel sorry for yourself. Thanks to it, we can tame the ego and learn to trust our own intuition. It helps us open your heart.
