Homeostasis – a state of inner harmony.

Homeostasis - the state of inner harmony is a drawing of a seated man and various parts of the body, and two colored spots.

Nitric oxide has a tremendous effect on the functioning of the human endocrine system, mainly by allowing hormones to flow through the body along with the blood. The endocrine system, on the other hand, acts as a coordinator of the activity of all body cells and the regulator of basic life processes. It is a very complex and complicated system of internal organs. The proper functioning of your entire body depends on its work. This is what manages all the functions of your body and plays the role of communication between various organs and systems.

In this article you will learn:

  • About the relationship between the endocrine glands and the chakras.
  • What homeostasis – a state of inner harmony is.
  • What substances are released in your body during orgasm.

The endocrine system consists of the basic endocrine glands that produce hormones that influence the functions of specific organs. Hormones are chemical carriers of information transmitted between cells. Each type of hormone has a different task. One of them is responsible for the functioning of the body, and the other for its adaptation to changing environmental conditions. They can be secreted directly into the blood or lymph.

The glands are in different parts of the body and are not directly connected to each other.

Starting from the top, these include:

Pituitary gland – responsible for your growth, metabolism, development and function of the testes and ovaries. It also controls the activity of other glands.

Pineal gland – it is responsible for watching over your sleep, hunger, and thirst.

The thyroid gland is a gland responsible for the synthesis of proteins.

Thymus – it controls muscle contractions, maturation of lymphocytes and is responsible for your body’s immune system and its reproductive capacity.

Pancreas – regulates your blood sugar with insulin.

Adrenal glands – they produce adrenaline, norepinephrine, and cortisol. They are also responsible for stimulating your body. They also produce androgens and estrogens – the precursors of sex hormones.

Testes and ovaries – produce sex hormones such as testosterone to regulate sex drive and ovarian maturation, or estrogens and progesterone.

If the endocrine system malfunctions, the entire body malfunctions.

This functionality depends on the glands being overactive or underactive, i.e. too much or too little hormone production. Each deviation from the norm entails specific biological effects. When this condition lasts for a long time, various diseases appear in your body.

The endocrine system is under the control of your brain and nervous system.

The hypothalamus sends electrical signals that nerve cells convert into biochemical signals that, in turn, influence the activity of the pituitary gland.

Changes in the level of hormones in the blood or information from other parts of the brain cause the hypothalamus to secrete 2 types of hormones: releasing, which stimulate the pituitary gland to secrete hormones, or inhibitory ones, which stop it.

So, the nervous system works with the endocrine system and their actions complement each other.

Homeostasis – a state of inner harmony.

The main task of the endocrine system is to maintain homeostasis, i.e. the internal balance of all parameters in the human body.

It is self-regulation of life processes. Its contradiction is stress, which creates a disharmony of biological and psychological processes. Therefore, your lifestyle primarily affects the proper functioning of your endocrine system. So, diet, amount of sleep, exposure to sunlight, or exercise.

The endocrine system is nothing more than the chakra system deciphered by humanity long before science started to deal with it. The base chakra is the adrenal gland which gives rise to the germs of the sex hormones. The sacral chakra is the reproductive glands. Another pancreatic gland is the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra – the thymus, the throat chakra – the thyroid gland, the third eye chakra – the pineal gland, and the crown chakra is the pituitary gland. Humanity would know this truth, if only science had not become so detached from spirituality and fragmented into such a large proportion of non-cooperative areas of science. If only humanity could look at human existence and functioning more holistically.

Note that sex hormones, i.e. human evolution, are influenced by as many as three glands: pituitary gland – brain, thymus – heart brain, adrenal glands – visceral brain.

The entire process of sexual maturation is controlled by the pineal gland, which, as you know, also controls the process of awakening the kundalini, or the course of life energy. The kundalini energy is really nothing but the highest form of orgasm – the so-called spiritual orgasm.

It is a centripetal orgasm associated with the stimulation of all organs, glands, and the nervous system. This is the moment when the sex glands function in full harmony with the pituitary gland. When you combine the work of the brain with the brain of the heart and bowels. This produces a kind of pure nectar – a super-pure hormone essence – also known as unconditional love. When it flows through the nerve centers of the brain, it triggers the feeling of blissful happiness described by many mystics.

Despite the tremendous development of mankind, orgasm is the least understood sexual process to this day.

It consists of several biological processes such as uncontrolled contractions of muscles or anal sphincter, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure and hyperventilation. However, a few different types of studies by modern scientists on sex life confirm that it has much more to do with the brain than with the muscles of man. After all, it is possible to experience an orgasm in a dream or under the influence of the work of the imagination without the participation of touch.

Orgasm is associated with various biological and chemical reactions that have a significant impact on the functioning of our body. First, sex itself speeds up the metabolism and allows you to burn many calories. It improves immunity, ensures better sleep, soothes menstrual pain, and reduces the harmful effects of stress. Sexual act strengthens and harmonizes the endocrine system and improves the emotional state. It allows you to eliminate hormonal disorders, reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure. Sex hormones, on the other hand, influence the organization of the brain structure. Regular sex, on the other hand, affects our longevity.

Your body releases a lot of different substances during orgasm, not only dopamine or nitric oxide I mentioned in previous articles.

These include, for example, PEA, an amphetamine-like psychostimulatory compound known as the love molecule or the love hormone. High levels of this substance causes excitement and recklessness. Too high can even lead to psychosis and too low to depression. Besides sex, another PEA-boosting pleasure is eating chocolate. This compound can cross the blood-brain barrier and enter the central nervous system. Plays an important role in thought processes and the functioning of sense organs.

Orgasm also simulates the release of the DHEA hormone called the youth hormone. This hormone influences the production of sex hormones, e.g. testosterone and estrogens. Low levels of this hormone may cause chronic disease, bone loss, and obesity. High levels protect the immune system and lower cholesterol. It has a very positive effect on the physical and intellectual condition. It also has an antidepressant effect.

During orgasm, your body releases also oxytocin, the bond and love hormone, which also stimulates the production of sex hormones. Sexual act also visibly stimulates testosterone, which affects the sexual drive of both men and women. And also, estrogen. The orgasm also causes the release of endorphins. Giving a sense of satisfaction and pain relief. Sex is therefore a kind of internal exercise that helps restore the body’s chemical balance.

The functioning of the human nervous system is inextricably linked with electric current, ions, and the production of electric and magnetic fields.

The endocrine system also manages these electromagnetic reactions. To put it simply, the human body is a water reservoir with ions and electrolytes dissolved in it. Maintaining this ionic balance is fundamental to the existence of homeostasis. Therefore, when the secretion of hormones drops to a certain level, our body also weakens.

Unfortunately, as the body ages, all its functions become less efficient. This also applies to the endocrine system. However, there is evidence that there is a link between sexual activity and aging. Having sex stimulates the production of high-quality hormones. And the presence of these hormones slows down the aging process. In the absence of ejaculation, these hormones enter the bloodstream, which carries them to every corner of the body. The trick is to master this skill and consciously send these hormones to all parts of your body to maintain a state of complete homeostasis within your body.

The next step is to harmonize the partners’ hormones, which is only possible during deliberate and loving sex. During quick intercourse, there is not enough time for the chemicals released because of sexual arousal to get into the circulatory system and cause a general feeling of bliss.
