Thoughts what are they? Is there any definition?

Have you ever wondered what thoughts are, where do they come from and where they arise?

As you have already noticed, the way you perceive reality depends on how your physical senses perceive the various vibrations that enter your brain, be it electromagnetic or acoustic waves.

Often, however, you are not aware that you also make certain waves yourself, e.g. by speaking you make sound waves. However, there are also other vibrations that cannot be easily perceived with the 5 physical senses, although they are very powerful. These vibrations are your thoughts. While you often don’t consider thoughts to be real or tangible, such as things, in fact they are the most powerful “thing” in the world.

In this article you will learn:

  • What thoughts are.
  • Where they arise.
  • What power they have.

Every achievement of mankind, from prehistoric paintings to spaceships, began with thoughts in someone’s brain. When you want to do something, you usually start by thinking about it. For example, if you want to build a house for yourself, you need to think about it first. If you want to go for a walk or even breathe, you also need to think about it. Sometimes unconsciously, but you always have to think.

First you think about something to do it later. Each of your actions is preceded by a thought, an idea that you can easily share with others. To do this, however, you must use some means of communication, be it speech or touch, or body language, or some other action. Therefore, each of us adds something to this original thought, each of us creates our own experience of a thought. The nature of thoughts is that they multiply.

Amazing things can happen when your thought communicates with other people’s thoughts.

The home of your thoughts is your mind.

The mind is connected to the body by the senses. The mind collects stimuli coming from all 5 senses, 5 ways of knowing and unites them into one – thought. Each thought evokes new impressions, emotions and energy in your body. The mind creates thoughts that form emotions, emotions turn into energy that forces the body to act. Action turns into impressions and experiences of the mind. And so on again.

The physical expression of your mind is the brain, which is made up of 3 main parts: the neo-cortex, the limbic system, and the primary brain. All these parts are related to each other in thoughts, emotions, and actions.

What really is the mind?

It is a field of consciousness, a mental body that centers around your head but penetrates your entire physical body and extends about 60-80 cm. With the help of this field, your soul expresses itself as a specific intellect. The mind is therefore an expression of the cognitive aspect of your soul – knowledge. Most people are unable to separate man from mind, therefore they identify with the mind. When a person uses their mental body, they thinks, or produces brain waves.

When you rise beyond the thought process, you have the opportunity to experience pure awareness. You can experience it only when you go beyond the superficial reality of the mind. You will then become more creative in your life and begin to innovate every step of the way. Then the knowledge aspect will begin to manifest. When you begin to focus on the state change, the will aspect will arise, and when in the presence of any object you begin to send energy to come into contact with that object, the action aspect will show up.

The only way to get beyond your thoughts is to watch your mind. As you do this, your brain waves slow down, your spiritual energy increases and you raise the frequency of your body, mind, and heart.

How to observe your mind?

For example, through meditation. Our mind has the ability to observe through concentration and peace. If you have trouble observing your own thoughts, it is most often because your mind is not clear and calm enough for this ability to manifest itself. However, if you train, you will achieve this ability over time. When you get into practice, your perception will change and you will see yourself separate from your experience.

This means that you will begin to observe your sensations, thoughts, emotions as an object. You will observe them from a witness standpoint and you will not identify with them. This is the purpose of meditation – changing perception. When you stop identifying with your thoughts and your feelings, you will be able to start making informed decisions that will not be dictated by your negative thoughts or emotions.

The more often you are an observer of your own thoughts and the better you feel in the process, the slower the speed of your thought process will become. The quality of your thoughts will replace the quantity of your thought process. The better you control your thoughts, the more control you will have over your life.

The mental body is responsible for the mechanism of concrete thinking (as opposed to abstract thinking, which is a function of your causal body) as well as memory and imagery. It is also the seat of your ego.

Your thoughts and emotions also affect organic matter and thus affect your physical reality.

This phenomenon was discovered by the Japanese researcher Dr. Masaru Emoto and described by the word Hado. Dr. Masaru Emoto conducted a series of experiments in which he investigated the influence of positive and negative thoughts, words and emotions on the shape of frozen water crystals. He discovered that the water over which the priest prays with love and gratitude forms beautiful crystals when frozen. On the other hand, the water to which negative thoughts, words, emotions and curses are directed creates ugly distorted and disintegrating water crystals. He photographed his discovery and proved that thoughts and words have a direct influence on the formation of water crystals. You can see the results of his experiments in his book “The Message from Water”.

This discovery takes on a different meaning if we realize that water constitutes 70% of an adult’s body and as much as 90% of an infant’s body. That’s why it’s so important to have positive thoughts, words, intentions, and vibrations around us.

Our thoughts affect not only ourselves, but the entire world around us.

Hado was tested in Japan. At 4:30 a.m. on July 25, 1999, 350 people gathered at Lake Biwa, Japan, a highly polluted rotting algae, on Lake Biwa, Japan, to pray for world peace. This caused the algae to disappear from the lake. This phenomenon could not be explained in any rational way. Thoughts conveyed through prayer to the water inhibited the appearance of the plant.
This experiment is described in detail in the book “Jizairyoku 2” by Mr. Shiotani (Sunmark Press September 25, 2000).

According to the “New York Times” in 1993, a group of physicists in Washington conducted a study to see if targeted meditation could have an impact on the crime rate there. For weeks, several volunteers meditated on this intention, and the crime rate has dropped by 23%!

Details of these experiments can be found in the links below.

Your thoughts are really powerful, you should remember about it before something stupid comes to your mind again.
